The location allows easy access to key attractions. The staff at reception offered prompt assistance with all requests. Daily housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard. It was very appreciable. The hotel features modern amenities. Those enhanced my travel experience.

The street noise at night was a noticeable disturbance. The sound insulation did not entirely block out sounds from nearby clubs. I recommend rooms away from the main street if noise is a concern, that is vital for light sleepers.

The City Pod room I booked suited me well, a solo traveller. I found it well-organized. The location provided convenient access to St Stephen's Green, several museums, and a great variety of restaurants. Breakfast service stood out for its freshness and extensive choices (the pastries were good!). I appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness displayed by all the staff members.

The room faced the street and there was some noise from the trams.

the water tap in the bathroom sink had an unusual design. washing hands was a bit awkward because of this design. the tube to the shower head dripped slightly. this was a minor inconvenience .
